Our Projects
Guiding in Mount Elgon National Park
We offer Guiding for Hikes, Cross-Border Activities, Cave Exploration, Nature Walks and Game Safaris in Mount Elgon National Park. Moreover, we educate school classes about conservation and support Research in the Park.
Tree Nursery
We manage a tree nursery next to the National Park to restore and sustain the ecological integrity of the Mount Elgon ecosystem, creating a resilient and prosperous future for its communities through flourishing indigenous forests and enhanced livelihoods.
What can you experience
Mount Elgon National Park invites visitors to explore ancient caves, scenic waterfalls like Elkony, and breathtaking mountain peaks such as Koitoboss Peak. Lush forests, giant lobelias, and diverse wildlife—from colobus monkeys to over 24o bird species—create a rich natural paradise. It’s an ideal destination for travelers seeking adventure, tranquility, and unforgettable scenery.

Mount Elgon offers a diverse range of attractions, from dramatic waterfalls and ancient caves to remarkable trees such as the legendary Chief Kasis. The park’s caves are especially unique—local forest elephants visit them to mine essential minerals by licking the cave walls, creating one of the most fascinating natural spectacles found anywhere in the world.
